Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Hop ‘n Grape Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our small business, allowing us to plan accordingly while still offering flexibility where possible.
Cancellations
- Group Tours (1–5 guests): We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or adjust your booking.
- Private Tours & Larger Groups (6+ guests): A minimum of 5 days’ notice is required for any cancellation or change to your tour.
- If the required notice is given: A partial refund will be issued, less a 10% cancellation fee to cover administration and booking costs.
- If less than the required notice is provided: A 100% cancellation fee applies, and no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling Your Tour
- We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
- If the minimum notice (as outlined above) is provided: We can transfer your booking to another available date with no additional fee.
- If less than the required notice is given: A 100% cancellation fee may apply, unless we are able to refill your booking.
Tours Cancelled by Hop ‘n Grape
- On the rare occasion that Hop ‘n Grape Tours must cancel a scheduled tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, minimum numbers not met, or operational reasons), you will be offered the choice of: A full refund, or the option to reschedule your tour for another available date that suits you.
